Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us and we're sorry that it didn't work out this time. Please send us an email about the return with the subject "RETURN " and your order number at  shopisabellascloset@gmail.com.Please add a note with your order explaining the issue , For example, if you need an exchange , what size you need and in which style etc. We accept returns within 30 days from the original purchase date for store credits only minus shipping charges. We do not issue refunds. Please note that the items should be unworn, undamaged, and with the original tag attached. Any kind of stain, smell, or defect will make the product ineligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.
